LINIC has been training various organisations since February 2001 and has been providing quality training and advice country wide to a vast array of local and national organisations.
The Directors and Training Staff have an excellent reputation in delivering training programmes, seminars and consultancy both in the United Kingdom and overseas.
All LINIC trainers are fully accredited with an extensive knowledge base spanning over 100 years combined experience and are qualified to at least level 3 Further Adult Education Certificate City & Guilds. Training staff hold both National and International training qualifications, we have an SIA approved centre & trainers who are also qualified to teach the NHS Conflict Resolution Syllabus; some sit on national committees.
With the increasing violence towards staff LINIC finds that its specialist and tailored courses are constantly sought after and therefore the numbers of training staff are constantly being revised to meet demand.
The training programmes offered are varied and can be tailored to suit your organisational needs and cover the general public through to government agencies, some with law enforcement powers.
You will find that LINIC is very flexible organisation where you can come to our training centres or we can come to you (this is often the cheaper option).
Our main training centre is centrally located and has good road and rail links with accommodation nearby if required.
The costs for most of our courses are per course and not per person again making the cost much more viable to our clients.
